Last week we catered for Jenny and Stephen’s wedding at Paddock Barn in Kendal. The barn looked beautiful inside and out . Setting up the table we laid out the menus with the name of each guest and the dishes they had chosen. On the menu was a selection of canapés followed by two courses for the adults and picnic boxes for the children. To finish teas and coffees for all the guests.

 

 

 

Catering for a number of dietary requirements we provided dishes for those who were gluten – free, vegan and vegetarian. Before sitting down for their two course meal we provided the guests with a selection of canapés. On the menu was bruschetta with tomatoes, spicy hummus or beetroot and mint hummus, homemade fishcakes with sweet chill sauce, mini burgers, and grilled halloumi with peppers.

After tucking into the canapés the happy couple and their guests took their seats where we provided a two course meal. For the mains, sausage, mash and Yorkshire puddings, cauliflower rarebit and chicken tarragon. For desserts, brownie, fresh fruit and toffee crumble all served with ice cream. Catering for those with a vegan diet we provided vegan sausages, mash and Yorkshire pudding, vegan rarebit and vegan brownie.

Making sure the happy couple and their guests were content we left them to continue the celebrations. It was a pleasure to cater for the happy couple and their guests and we wish the happy couple all the best for the future.
