Just wanted to say an enormous thank you to you and the team for such a wonderful meal on Saturday. The food was absolutely delicious and the service a perfect blend of attentive but unobtrusive professionalism. Extra thanks for creating their own mini dinner party for the children and making them feel special. I doubt they will forget it for a long time. We all had a truly memorable evening and everyone sends their thanks and best wishes.

On the 3rd August 2018 we celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary with children and grandchildren, 10 of us in total. We stayed at Dale End Farm (a beautiful house) and booked Karen Healy and her team to cater for an evening meal.  The service she provided was excellent and the food was gorgeous. We thought it would be pre-cooked and heated up but it wasn't. Cooked on the spot, everybody had something different, don't know how she did it. From canapes to chocolate truffles we loved every bit. And she left the kitchen - after cooking for 10 people from scratch absolutely immaculate.

Booked a Hog Roast for a special event. Couldn't find fault at all, absolutely fabulous food and service. Would recommend Karen Healy Outside Catering to anyone.

Karen and her team were fantastic. They catered for a party we threw at home for my daughter's wedding, the night before the main event. We had 60 people coming and going at various times and Karen put on the perfect rolling buffet dinner. The food was amazing and covered all dietary requirements. I can't recommend Karen and her team highly enough. They helped us create the most perfect evening and I loved working with them.

A belated but no less heartfelt THANK YOU for the celebratory meal you prepared for Andrew's 50th, the balloons from which are just beginning to deflate! He very much enjoyed the meal itself and was taken by your manner and interaction with all in both prep and serving, especially considering the hiccup they had with locked cars! I have also received many complimentary thanks from guests, one in particular sums them up: "the caterers were spot on". Should we hear of anyone wanting similar, we shall pass on your details!

Just a short note to reiterate how much we appreciated the huge part you played in the success of our lovely week's walking in Keswick and also how easy you made it for me to book with you, then mess you about, make changes etc etc. All our friends were extremely complimentary about the range and quality of your menu and your price was exactly what we'd hoped for. Do please thank all your team for their hard work and involvement. You have some excellent people there, haven't you?! Hope to see you again next time we're in Cumbria (Grasmere Car Show 17th June in fact); hope also that the coming season is a success and not too trying.

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you for Saturday.  ALL the food and the service was absolutely wonderful - could not be faulted, and the event was a big success for us.  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it and we received so many very positive comments about the food - I hope I made that clear to Jason at the time.  Jason, Fred and Ellie were brilliant, and several people asked me for the name of the caterers. I was going to provide a tip for the three of them, but they disappeared quite quickly and I missed seeing them go.  If I put something in your bank, could you see that it is distributed around all concerned? Thanks again - I would recommend you to anyone........

Karen is a serious talent. Professional, reliable, caring and a joy to work with, she cooks with love and you can feel that in every bite. She takes dietary requirements very seriously and produces wonderful food that looks stunning and tastes even better. I have strong wheat and milk allergies, and have been a customer of her cafe Greens for a long time. Based on the wonderful food there we recently asked Karen to bake us a selection of cakes for our wedding. We were blown away by the results. Her gluten free and dairy free cakes are sensational against any standard - by which I mean that they don't need the description of "for gluten free cakes they taste good" - they just taste incredible full stop! We ordered her brownies (which I could live off forever), her almondy and soft Bakewell tart, her lemon drizzle and some ginger biscuits, as well as a huge gluten and dairy filled showstopper of a cake for the groom. Karen worked closely with us to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, delivered the cakes and displayed them lovingly, and really went above and beyond with the lovely extra touches she added to make the whole thing just spectacular. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Karen and her team catered for my Mum’s 80th Birthday last weekend. Karen’s communication prior to the event was excellent and she allowed us lots of input in to the menu planning. On the evening of the dinner Karen and her team were so friendly and discreet that we had no stress or work at all. Most importantly the food from the canapés to the petit fours was all absolutely delicious, huge portions with top quality ingredients! I would unreservedly recommend Karen and her team for any private dining event. Thank you so much for helping to make our weekend truly memorable!

We just wanted to send you (and your team) a massive thank you for helping to make Robyn's hen celebrations so special. The meal was absolutely perfect - delicious food and lovely service. You and your assistant were so accommodating and attentive but at the same time completely unobtrusive. I'm not really sure how you managed to rustle up a 3 course meal for 10 people AND tidy up in such a wee kitchen with such little noise or fuss.  Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed each of their courses and how generous the portions were. The communication and planning leading up to the meal was also excellent.  Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for you all. We were also very grateful to you for accommodating so well to the dietary requirements of the group.  Overall a fantastic service and we could not have asked for more - thank you so much! Wishing you all the best and we will certainly keep you in mind for any future similar trips to the Lake District!

It was lovely to meet you last week at Derwentwater House and we would all like to say a very big thank you to you and to Jason for all the delicious meals we enjoyed during our stay. We had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful Lake District and were very lucky to enjoy such glorious weather. It was made all the better for having had our meals prepared so beautifully and delivered so efficiently.
